We want you to cope in style. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Copium.
Return window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached.
How to start a return
Email us at copiumpl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect (see below). We recommend a tracked service — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Our tees are made to order. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked as final sale can't be returned.
EU right of withdrawal
If you're shopping from the EU, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in line with applicable consumer law.
