SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All Copium products are made to order. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your order is sent to production within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the production facility fulfilling your order. Estimated delivery times after production:

  • Poland: 5-10 business days
  • European Union: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 14-21 business days

Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates through our print-on-demand partners.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at copiumpl@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue with our shipping partner and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that Copium.pl is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or events outside our control such as natural disasters or carrier disruptions.

Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside of Poland may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Copium.pl is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at copiumpl@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order enters production, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has begun.

Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
